Capella University Provides Multiple Degree Programs
Capella University is found in Minneapolis, Minnesota providing bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees in the fields of business, technology, education, human services and psychology.
The University has been around since 1993 when it was founded by Stephen Shank who believed he could help educate adults in a field he believed was lacking proper stimulation for adults.
As of 2008, over 22,000 students are enrolled in various fields, over 1,000 professors are teaching and Valerie Perkins, EdD is serving as the current Interim President.
