Today Show Highlights Moms Continuing Education

Popular morning show interviewed American moms on the rise in college enrollment across the country. One reason cited was that as children reach junior high and high school ages, stay at home moms find themselves having a little time to pursue their academics interests. Many of the mothers are taking advantage of this opportunity to pick up where they may have left off with their education once they had children and had to defer their educational aspirations to focus on their new additions to their family. With the demands of child rearing, many women often found themselves too busy to take courses.
