College and university students often form life-long relationships with their fellow students and even their professors. Many college students tend to associate with other students that are enrolled in college degree programs in the same area of study.
The majority of college campuses tend to be very diverse and have a student body made up of individuals from a wirde variety of social and academic backgrounds. This relationship-building side effect of attending traditional on-cmapus classes does not really occur for students tat exclusively take online courses.
In some situations, it may become necessary for online students to meet their professors or classmates to participate oin lab exercises or testing but otherwis, there is no real reason for them to interact with one another.

A heated topic in today’s business and political arenas is the issue of outsourcing, which is basically when United States businesses seek qualified employees from other countries for less cost. There are many reasons for this trend ranging from less expensive labor costs to finding qualified candidates.
Some researchers contend that another reason for the popularity of outsourcing jobs is a direct result of the diminishing graduation rates of both the high school and college students. Employees in other countries can and will accept lower wages that would never be accepted in the United States.
Opponents of outsourcing believe very strongly that the U.S. will suffer as a result of losing a large part of its economy and workforce to other countries.
